From January 2022 nothing will change at Bridgeside Surgery. Patients will still have to wear a mask, socially distance and use hand sanitiser in the surgery. Our staff will continue to wear PPE.
We understand that it can be frustrating but we know that when people come to us they are unwell and vulnerable. We feel it would be wrong not to take these small precautions to protect our patients and colleagues.
Thank you for your support and patience.
BRIDGESIDE SURGERY IS UNABLE TO OFFER YOU A CERTIFICATION OF COVID VACCINATION, A VACCINATION PASSPORT OR A LETTER TO PROVE YOU HAVE BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.
PROOF OF VACCINATION CAN BE DOWNLOADING THE NHS APP, VISITING THE NHS WEBSITE OR BY REQUESTING A PAPER LETTER BY CALLING 119
